I have several "normal" pillows to support me, but I could not in good comfort, so I bought me a peace and comfort reading pillow. My Select Comfort pillows have held quite well with my use almost every day, and therefore I think they are a good value.
It is downward, Select Comfort will not provide cushion for their cases, even if the pillow will come with quality coverage zip. However, I wish I could wash in the machine as opposed to only remove stains.
